PUMPKIN NO BAKE BROWNIE

Pumpkin PeanutButter No Bake Brownie – super easy, low cal, macro friendly ??

What you’ll need:
-1/4 cup and 2tbs of Buff Bake Chocolate Chip PeanutButter (coupon code Amber)
-1/2 cup of sifted coconut flour
-3/4 cup of apple sauce
-2 tbs of honey
-optional 1/8 cup walden farms pancake syrup if you want it sweeter
-Pumpkin spice seasoning
-cinnamon
-stevia

In a bowl sift or whisk 1/2 cup of coconut flour. Then add all other ingredients and mix together to form dough.. Press the dough into a parchment paper lined pan and top with pumpkin spice, cinnamon, and stevia. Finally place into the freezer until harden and enjoy ??

PUMPKIN PROTEIN LOAF

Pumpkin Protein Loaf!?

What you’ll need!
-1/4 cup chocolate chip Buff Bake (coupon code Amber)
-1 scoop Royal Sport Ltd. Ice Cream Sandwich (coupon code Amber)
-1 cup pumpkin purée
-1 whole egg
-4 egg whites
-1/2 cup coconut flour
-1/8 cup superseed blend
-cinnamon/nutmeg
-2 tsp baking powder
-1/4 cup walden Farms pancake syrup
-4 packets of stevia

First preheat your oven to 350 degrees! Then simply mix together all ingredients into a bowl until smooth! Once your batter is all mixed together you will line a baking tin with parchment paper and pour all of your batter into the tin! Then pop in the oven and check periodically (as every protein powder bakes differently) by poking your pumpkin loaf with a toothpick to check if it’s baked all the way through! Once it is finished, set aside to cool, then cut into slices and serve with BuffBake as the frosting :))

PROTEIN FROYO BARK

Protein Froyo Bark ?

What you’ll need:
-1 scoop Royal Sport Ltd. Ice Cream Sandwich (coupon code Amber)
-2 containers of triple zero Greek yogurt
-4 chopped up strawberries
-1/8 cup trail mix
-Chocolate Chip BuffBake (coupon code Amber)
-shredded coconut

First, line a baking sheet with parchment paper then in a bowl whisk together the Greek yogurt and protein powder until smooth. You will then take the mixture about a half inch thick onto the parchment paper. Now you can add the toppings. Start with the strawberries and trail mix, then heat up the BuffBake in the microwave then drizzle over the top! Finally sprinkle shredded coconut over the top and put in the freezer until solid! Finally break apart into pieces and enjoy!

CHOCOLATE CHIP CUPCAKE PROTEIN COOKIES ??

What you’ll need!
-2scoops of Royal Sport Ltd. chocolate cupcake protein (coupon code Amber)
-1 scoop coconut flour -1 tbs unsweetened coco powdered -1tsp baking powder
-a few drops of liquid stevia
-1 egg
-1 container of fat free vanilla Greek yogurt
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-sprinkles
-a handful mini chocolate chips -Snickerdoodle Buff Bake (coupon code Amber)

This recipe is super easy! First preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Then all you are going to do is mix all ingredients in a bowl and then put a dollops of batter on a greased baking sheet and pop into the oven for around 10 mins.. Every protein powder will be different so keep an eye on them and once they start to harden pull them out and let them cool! I decided to top mine with some Snickerdoodle Buff Bake. Yumm!!!

PROTEIN CHERRY CHEESECAKE

Protein Cherry Cheesecake ? For Sweet Tooth Sunday ?

What you’ll need:
-1 scoop Royal Sport Ltd. Vanilla Ice Cream sandwich (coupon code Amber )
-8oz fat free cream cheese
-2 cups fat free cool whip -1 box sugar free black cherry jello -fat free whip cream

Directions:
First let your cool whip and cream cheese sit out for about 10 mins. Once they are softened whisk together in a bowl until smooth for your cheese cake batter. Next boil 1/2 cup of water, adding your box of jello mix and stirring until completely dissolved. Once it is dissolved pour into your cool whip and cream cheese mixture and mix together. Then in the same pan you boiled the jello mix in, add another 1/4 cup of water and 1 scoop of Royal Sport Ltd protein and whisk until smooth. Then add your protein mixture to your cheese cake batter and some stevia if you want it a little sweeter. Finally just pour the batter into a greased pan and pop in the fridge to cool for about two hours or until completely firm.
Top with whip cream and enjoy 🙂

PROTEIN POPTARTS

These Poptarts will blow your mind!!!

What you’ll need:

-1 scoop Royal Sport Ltd. Vanilla Icecream sandwich whey (Coupon Code Amber)
-1 can of Immaculate Crescent rolls
-2tbs coconut flour to roll your dough in so it doesn’t stick
-2 tbs sugar free strawberry jelly
-1-2 tbs Waldenfarms calorie free Pancake Syrup
-sprinkles

First preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Then sprinkle some coconut flour on your cutting board and roll out two crescent rolls as big as you can. Now rolling out the dough is the hardest part so be patient, it may take a couple tries. Then in a bowl mix two tbs of sugar free jelly with 1/2 a scoop of your Royal sport ultra clean whey protein. If you like them a little sweeter you can add some stevia as well. Once it’s all mixed together put half of the mixture on the dough of each poptart leaving enough room to fold the dough over the top. Once you’ve folded the dough over you will take a fork and pinch down all the edges of the poptart so the filling doesn’t melt out when you bake it. Then you are going to bake them until golden brown. Keep on eye on them because they bake pretty fast and the time is dependent on how thin you rolled your dough. While they are baking it’s time to make the frosting. In a bowl you are going to take your other half scoop of protein and mix it with a little walden farms pancake syrup. Start with a tiny bit and add in more as you go, you want to make it a frosting consistency. Once your poptarts are finished baking you will let frost them, top with sprinkles, and ENJOY!!

RAW SNICKERDOODLE PROTEIN BALLS

Raw Snickerdoodle Protein Balls ?

What you will need:
-1/4 cup Snickerdoodle Buff Bake (coupon code Amber)
-1 cup cashews (soaked in water for 30 mins)
-1/2 cup almonds -Splash of Almond milk
-1/2 cup oats
-15 pitted dates -1/2 cup shredded coconut -cinnamon
-1tsp vanilla extract

Directions: First you are going to take your soaked cashews and almonds and blend them into a doughy consistency In a food processor, adding a little almond milk if necessary then set aside in a bowl. Next you are going blend together your dates, Buff Bake, and vanilla and then add a little almond milk if necessary to make a doughy consistency. You are then going to mix everything together including the cinnamon, coconut, and oats and roll into balls! If you’re mixture is wet you can add in some protein powder to change the consistency! Then roll in some shredded coconut, let cool in the fridge and enjoy!!

BIRTHDAY CAKE RICE KRISPIES!!

Melt in your mouth Birthday Cake Protein Rice Krispies!!

What you’re going to need for the Rice Krispies:
-1/4 cup Birthday Cake Buff Bake (coupon code Amber)
-1 scoop Royal Sport Ltd. Ice Cream Sandwich (coupon code Amber)
– 1/4 cup Organic Honey
-2 cups Rice Krispies
-2 tbs Unsweetened Almond Milk (I used unsweetened vanilla coconut almond milk)

In a bowl add your Birthday Cake Buff Bake and honey and melt in the microwave for 20 seconds and then mix until smooth. Next add your Rice Krispies and Royal Sport protein. Mix together while adding in two tablespoons of Almond milk. Finally pressed into a greased Pan and set aside until firm.

For the topping:
-1 tbs Nutella melted
-splash of almond milk

Melt together in a bowl and drizzle over the top of your Rice Krispies and Enjoy!!

NUTELLA PROTEIN ICE CREAM BITES!

Here is a super easy recipe for Nutella Protein Ice Cream Bites to beat those sweet tooth cravings!!

What you’ll need:
-1 scoop Royal Sport Ltd. Chocolate cupcake whey ( coupon code: Amber)
Buff Bake White Chocolate PB (coupon code: Amber)
-1/4 cup Nutella
-About 6 oz. Unsweetened Vanilla coconut almond milk
-2 frozen bananas
-Cupcake tin liners
First for the Nutella ice cream you are going to take your frozen bananas and a little almond milk and blend until smooth in a food processor. After that add your Nutella and blend until smooth, then add in your Royal Sport Ultra Clean Whey Protein and the rest of the almond milk and blend until smooth. Fill the bottom of each cupcake liner with the ice cream and put into the freezer until firm. Once it has firmed up you can put 1/2 tbs of white chocolate Buff Bake on top of each frozen treat. Place back into the freezer until hard and enjoy!!

Sweet Tooth Sunday ?

Easy snickerdoodle protein ice cream sandwich!

What you need:
•1 scoop Royal Sport Ltd. ice cream sandwich (20% off your Royal Sport Ltd. with coupon code ‘Amber’)
Buff Bake Snickerdoodle
•Halo Top birthday cake ice cream
•200 g cashews
•200 g pitted dates
•Splash of unsweetened coconut almond milk
• Shredded coconut

Directions: First line a cookie sheet with foil to freeze the ice cream sandwiches on. Then you are going to put the cashews in a bowl and soak them in water for 30 mins. After that blend your pitted dates in a food processor or blender until smooth and set aside in a mixing bowl. After the cashews are done soaking you’re going to blend them as well and add into the bowl. Then we are going to add a scoop of Royal sport ltd ice cream sandwich and mix all together. Add a splash of coconut almond milk for a better consistency. After this you are pour your shredded coconut on a plate and press the dough into cookie shapes on the shredded coconut and freeze for 20 mins. Once they are hardened you can spread some of your favorite Buff Bake on the cookie with a scoop of your favorite halo top ice cream, squish the other cookie on top of the ice cream and throw back in the freezer for 20 mins and enjoy!!
