FROZEN PROTEIN PB CUPS

Frozen Protein PB cups ??

What you’ll need:

-2 scoops Royal Sport Ltd. Chocolate cupcake protein (coupon code Amber)
-1/2 packet of sugar free chocolate pudding mix
-2 packets of stevia
-1 cup of unsweetened cashew
– Snickerdoodle Buff Bake ( coupon code Amber )

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl then pour into cupcake tins and freeze until complexly firm. Then top with your favorite BuffBake nut butter and enjoy!

VANILLA BEAN CHIA PROTEIN PUDDING

Vanilla Bean Chia Protein Pudding ?

What you’ll need:

-1 scoop Royal Sport Ltd. Vanilla Cream Protein Powder (coupon code Amber)
-8 oz unsweetened vanilla cashew milk
-2 tbs of chia seeds
-scraping from the inside of 1 vanilla bean
-1/2 dropper or liquid stevia
– 1 tbs of Snickerdoodle Buff Bake (coupon code Amber)

Mix all ingredients besides your BuffBake in your Shake Smart and shake until protein powder is completely dissolved, then pour into a glass. Cover glass with cling wrap and set aside in fridge until your chia seeds become more gelatinous. Finally mix in 1 tbs of Snickerdoodle BuffBake and enjoy!

VERY BERRY OVERNIGHT OATS

SweetToothSunday Very Berry Overnight Oats ?

What you’ll need:

-One almost empty jar of Chocolate Chip Buff Bake (coupon code Amber)
-1/2 cup of oats
-1/4 cup of Triple zero berry Non fat Greek Yogurt
-1/4 cup of Unsweetened Vanilla Cashew Milk
-handful of mixed berries

All you have to do is layer all of your ingredients starting with your oats first, then yogurt, milk, and top with berries! Then just screw the lid back on leave in your fridge for about 24 hours and ENJOY!!

PROTEIN BERRY PARFAIT

Protein Berry Parfait

What you’ll need:
-1 packet of Royal Sport Ltd. Cinnamon Bun Protein (coupon code Amber)
-1/2 cup Non fat Greek yogurt
-your choice of berries
-non fat whip cream
-topped with Gogi Berries and Pumpkin seeds
-granola (optional )

All you need to do is is mix your protein powder with the non fat Greek yogurt till smooth. Then simply layer with all your favorite berries, granola, and non fat whip cream and top it with a few Gogi berries and pumpkin seeds! So yummy and a super simple sweet treat!

THIN MINT PROTEIN SHAKE

Thin Mint Protein Milkshake ??

What you’ll need:
-1 scoop Royal Sport Ltd. Chocolate Cupcake (coupon code Amber)
-10 oz of cashew milk
-1 frozen banana
-1 tbs Chocolate Chip Buff Bake (coupon code Amber)
-1 dropper liquid stevia
-2 large Mint leaves ?
-6 ice cubes

In a blender add all ingredients except for the ice cubes and blend until smooth. Then add your ice cubes and blend one more time until all the ice is blended. Finally pour into a glass and top with fat free whip cream

BASIC BITCH PROTEIN PANCAKES

Basic Bitch Pancakes ?

What you’ll need:

-1 scoop Royal Sport Ltd. Ice Cream Sandwich (coupon code Amber)
-1/2 cup Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Pancake mix
-1/3 cup water
-1 egg white

Toppings:
Amber)
-1 tbs Snickerdoodle BuffBake (coupon code Amber)
-Walden Farms Pancake Syrup

This recipe is super simple just mix together all ingredients for your batter into a bowl and pour into a hot skillet. Once your pancake is done top with Snickerdoodle BuffBake and syrup and enjoy your perfect basic bitch breakfast! ?

BANANA PUMPKIN PROTEIN MUFFINS

Banana Pumpkin Protein Muffins

What you’ll need:

-1 scoop of Royal Sport Ltd. Ice cream Sandwich (coupon code Amber)
-1/2 ripe banana
-2 egg whites
-1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
-1 tbs coconut flour
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-1 dropper of liquid stevia
-chopped walnuts
– pumpkin spice seasoning

First preheat your over to 350 degrees. Then in a bowl mash together with a fork your banana, egg whites, and vanilla.. Then you will add in your protein, coconut flour, stevia, and baking powder and mix till smooth. Once it’s all mixed together pour into a cupcake tin and top with chopped walnuts and pumpkin spice! You will then bake for approx 13-15 minutes but keep an eye on them. Finally remove from the oven to cool then enjoy!!! Should make two-three muffins!

CARROT CAKE PROTEIN BALLS

Carrot Cake Protein Balls ?

What you’ll need:

-1 scoop Royal Sport Ltd. Ice Cream Sandwich Protein (coupon code Amber)
– 3/4 cup blended oats
-1/2 cup oats (mix in at the end)
-3-4 oz of apple sauce
-1 cup cashews
-1/2 cup chopped walnuts
-1/3 cup coconut
-1/4 tsp nutmeg
-1/2 tsp cinnamon
-1 shredded carrot
-1/2 cup pitted dates blended

In a food processor blend together 3/4 of oats, cashews, and walnuts and put into a mixing bowl. Next in your bowl add 1 scoop of Protein, nutmeg, cinnamon, and coconut and mix together. Then you will mix in the shredded carrot. Now blend your dates and add them to your mixture along with 3-4 oz of Apple sauce depending on your protein. I used 4 oz and they were nice and gooey, but if you want them more dry you will add less. Finally mix in the final 1/2 cup of oats then roll into balls and pop in the fridge until firm! Enjoy ?
