KEY LIME PIE OVERNIGHT OATS

Key Lime Pie Overnight Oats ?

What you’ll need:
-almost empty jar of Cookie Buff Bake (coupon code Amber)
-1 container non fat lime Greek yogurt
-1/2 cup oats
-1/2 cup unsweetened cashew almond milk
-1 tbs chia seeds

First take your jar of BuffBake and add your oats. Then you will layer on top the other ingredients starting with almond milk, then yogurt, and chia seeds. Finally store in your Fridge over night, mix in the AM and enjoy!

NYE MINT COOKIE SHAKE

NYE mint cookie shake ???

What you’ll need:

-1 carton of halo top mint chip protein ice cream ?
– 6-8 oz of unsweetened cashew almond milk
-2 mint Milano cookies
-Chocolate sauce
– Whip cream
-Sprinkles

Blend until smooth, top with your favorite toppings, and ENJOY in your SmartShake !

PUMPKIN OREO PROTEIN SHAKE

Pumpkin Oreo Protein Shake!????

What you’ll need:

-1 scoop of Royal Sport Ltd. ice Cream Sandwich (coupon code Amber)

-1/2 cup pumpkin purée

-1 frozen banana

-1/4 tsp nutmeg

-1/4 tsp cinnamon

-6 oz of unsweetened cashew milk

-crushed pumpkin Oreos

-1 tbs of Snickerdoodle Buff Bake (coupon code Amber)

– 1/2 tsp xanthan gum ( optional )

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth! Then pour into your SmartShake and enjoy this fall favorite on the go!

PROTEIN PUMPKIN RICE KRISPIES

Protein Pumpkin Rice Krispies ?

What you’ll need:

-1 scoop Royal Sport Ltd. Vanilla Cream Protein (coupon code amber)
-1/4 cup pumpkin purée (you can add more if you want them more orange, but it makes them less sticky)
-2tbs coconut oil
-1 package of marshmallows
-6 cups of Rice Krispies
– rollos
-green icing

In a pan mix together Protein, pumpkin purée, and coconut oil until the protein is completely dissolved. Then pour in your marsh mellows and mix until completely melted. Finally remove from heat and add in your Rice Krispies and mix together with marshmallow mixture. Once it is mixed together let cool then form into balls. You will then take your rollos and press down into the center of your Rice Krispie balls to form a pumpkin shape. Lastly take your green iceing and make two smalls leaves on near the stem of your pumpkin and enjoy

Berry Cobbler Protein shake! ??

What you’ll need:

-1 scoop protein
-2 tbs cookie butter BuffBake (coupon code Amber)
-1/4 cup oats
-8 oz Unsweetened Almond milk
– 1 tbs chia seeds
-1 tbs flax seed
-1 scoop collagen protein
-1/3 cup frozen boysenberries
-1/3 cup frozen cherries ?

Blend until smooth and enjoy!

RED VELVET PB ALMOND CLUSTERS

Red Velvet PB Almond Clusters ?

What you’ll need:

-2 tbs Red Velvet Buff Bake (coupon code Amber)
-1 cup almonds
-1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
-2 tbs coconut oil
-1 tbs unsweetened coco powder
-1 dropper of vanilla stevia drops

In a pan melt your coconut oil and slowly add in your mini chocolate chips till everything is melted. Then you will add in your coco powder and stevia and mix it all together. After that you will remove it from heat and pour in your almonds making sure they are all covered in chocolate. Finally pour your chocolate almond mixture onto a wax paper covered cookie sheet. Lastly drizzle some of your red velvet BuffBake all over the top. You might have to heat some up in sauce pan to make it drizzle a little better ? then you will just toss it in the freezer until it’s completely hardened, break it up into pieces and enjoy on your high fat day ??

-1 cup spinach
-8oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
-4 strawberries
-1/4 cup frozen mangos
-1/4 cup frozen pineapple
– 1 scoop collagen powder (optional)
-1 tbs chia seeds
-4 oz strawberry probiotic Keifer

Blend until smooth, pour into your SmartShake and enjoy!

OATMEAL COOKIE PROTEIN BALLS

Oatmeal Cookie Protein Balls ?

These will blow your mind!

-1 scoop Royal Sport Ltd. Vanilla Creme Protein (coupon code Amber)
-1 tbs chia seeds
-1 cup Oats
-1/2 cup PB
-1/4 cup organic dried cranberries
-2 tbs mini chocolate chips
-a couple dashes of cinnamon

In a mixing bowl mix together all ingredients. Your mix will probably be a little dry so add in 1 tbs of water at a time until your dough becomes less crumbly. Then simply roll into balls and try not to eat them all in one sitting!
