Banana Pumpkin Protein Muffins


What you’ll need:

-1 scoop of Royal Sport Ltd. Ice cream Sandwich (coupon code Amber)
-1/2 ripe banana
-2 egg whites
-1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
-1 tbs coconut flour
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-1 dropper of liquid stevia
-chopped walnuts
– pumpkin spice seasoning

First preheat your over to 350 degrees. Then in a bowl mash together with a fork your banana, egg whites, and vanilla.. Then you will add in your protein, coconut flour, stevia, and baking powder and mix till smooth. Once it’s all mixed together pour into a cupcake tin and top with chopped walnuts and pumpkin spice! You will then bake for approx 13-15 minutes but keep an eye on them. Finally remove from the oven to cool then enjoy!!! Should make two-three muffins!
